Shocking service

Ordered a gold necklace almost a month ago. Website stated would be shipped in 5 days . Almost 1 month later no sign of order. Disgraceful service. Even got an email of them to rate their company and service,and i still haven't received my order. Avoid at all costs.

I paid $755.00 entirely to much for this purchase! Your website says full refund within 60 days I was told you would exchange it for something else or give me 15 percent back! I do not want anything else and I wanted a full refund ! I honestly feel you should give me back a *** of a lot more than 15 percent! That is a lot of money you got!!!

I ordered a ring, paid for it. It was to be delivered on June 20th. It is not here ( its a birthday gift). I cannot seem to contact GlencaraVERY DISAPPOINTED in the customer service!!!
