My husband purchased a Celtic Cross in April 2022 for my birthday - chain kept getting caught on the loop that held the pendant - had to tug to get it free - was afraid of breaking the chain so wrote an email to sales. They had me insure it, mail it and send a picture of tracking information.
All finished - they received the item on the 12th of December - awaited the return chain... and waited... wrote email after email - they told ME to check with USPS to see why it hadn't arrived. (It was coming from their end!) I contacted the Better Business Bureau and lo and behold the following day, received an email stating that the item was "lost in transit." Which I had been telling them for weeks.
Said a new one would be sent out. Its been 10 days and I haven't heard a word, gotten tracking info or received the chain. I have sent at least 3 emails requesting the tracking info. Finally, did a live chat today and the individual was able to answer my question and give me tracking info.
It hasn't left the business yet - and I can only hope it is received within the week - but I will NEVER buy from this company again and will do my best to educate others so they don't make the same mistake.
Have never had such POOR customer service and yet, they tout that they are all about CUSTOMER SERVICE and SATISFACTION. To the contrary - it was an expensive purchase (over $500) and I would expect it would be a reputable company.
